Had a badly failing door lock. Emailed late at night and phoned in the morning engineer available and on-site in four hours.
Not only did engineer resolve The matter and fix the lock he also adjusted the door a much as possible to slow down a similar event happening.

Price charged was fair for the work and parts carried out and supplied. If anyone has any locking problems, try these guys first.
